If you are a supplier of Talie Prowse Ltd we will only hold data to aid the relationship and ensure it runs smoothly. This could include contacts within your organisation (name, address, contact number, email), Bank details for processing payments.

Contact details (name, address, phone number, email) Company reg. number and financial information (where we need to carry out a credit check). We may hold extra information that someone in your organisation has chosen to tell us.

We process this personal data when necessary to aid the recruitment process and fulfill contractual agreements with clients. To provide our services to you and to market roles/services as well as advise you of news and industry updates, events, promotions and competitions.

Where necessary we may pass data to third parties and affiliates that helps us to process data, and to prospective or intended employers/clients for the purpose of recruitment.

How long do we keep your data for?
Talie Prowse Ltd will retain your personal data only for as long as we need it for our legitimate business interests, is consistent with the law and that you’re happy for us to do so.
If we have not had contact with you for a period of three years, we will delete your personal data from our systems unless we believe in good faith that the law or other regulation requires us to preserve it (for example, because of our obligations to tax authorities or in connection with any anticipated litigation).
It may sometimes be necessary to transfer personal information overseas. When this is needed information is only shared within the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfers made will be in full compliance with all aspects of the data protection act.
We will provide training to all employees regarding their responsibilities under the GDPR as part of their induction process and refresh regularly thereafter. Employees whose roles require access to and/or processing of personal data will receive additional training to ensure a thorough understanding of this policy and associated documents.
